I believe every person has value and deserves to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Engaging in a therapeutic relationship can be beneficial in assisting you to reach the goals and desires you have for your life. I believe you are capable of not only addressing some of the tough things that brought you here, but thriving in a life you love. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey.
I often work with individuals to address a variety of issues including but not limited to trauma and PTSD, secondary trauma in helping professionals, grief, depression, substance use, anxiety, and stress. I approach the therapeutic relationship through a trauma focused lens, often utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Solution Focused Theory, and mindfulness.
Each person is unique with many differing experiences, and I believe you are the expert of your life. Using a person-centered, relational approach I tailor the services I provide to address your specific needs. It is my goal to provide you with a safe space to be open and honest while you explore solutions that work for you.
